WHAT DOES IT DO?
With The Body Shop Seaweed Oil Balancing Mask, it feels cleaner but also isn’t side-eying me in the morning asking me what fresh hell I put it through!
I don’t use clay masks as often as I should, but I highly recommend this mask for those of us who are lazy, time poor and have some semblance of a routine to mask every week, which is definitely not me!
My beautician lady or glamour technician (if you watched Steel Magnolias, you’ll get that Dolly Parton reference!) actually told me off for not doing a facial routine as my skin is suffering.
Despite using my Millionaire Hair Mist skincare products daily, my skin has been uneven and textured for a few months.
This is because I’m not masking the dirt, pollution, oil and sweat as well as leftover makeup that’s clogging my skin.

When you suffer from fatigue, depression, anxiety or all of the above, self-care is the last thing on your mind. But looking at yourself in the mirror and having dull skin for me makes me feel even worse.
To change that I’m sitting out in the sun for a few minutes a day (with sunscreen on of course!). Taking myself for a short walk and making sure I cleanse and moisturise my skin every day. I’ve noticed it’s becoming super dehydrated due to lack of water throughout the day.
These are small things we can all do to help ourselves feel better. and when the next big event hits you’ll be high fiving yourself for taking such good care of your skin!
